bpArchitecture were appointed by our Client to design;-
A two storey front extension to provide a garage and study at ground floor, with first floor Master bedroom with Juliet balcony and ensuite above.
A two storey side extension providing a ground floor garden store, and first floor ensuite and walk in wardrobe to bedroom two.
A single storey rear extension extending the exisitng kitchen and dining space which was refitted to provide a much larger family licing space.
Planning Permission was granted in August 2015.
Detail design was completed in December 2015 to allow our client to tender the works, with the intention of completing the construction works in phases.
