Acting as Client's Architect where a Tenant is fitting out or carrying out alterations to the premises
A number of our projects have included provision of Atrium and Lightwell spaces into new and existing buildings.

Our contract experience ranges from traditional JCT & GC Works contracts where we are retained as the Clients Architects throughout, to Traditional Design and Build Contracts where we are employed as Clients Architect.
