Background

bpArchitecture were appointed by our Client to design three new detached dwellings on land adjacent to an existing bungalow on Sandy Lane, Brown Edge.

Planning approval was obtained in September 2017.

Unit 1 is now completed. This property has a Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Utility Room and WC on the ground floor and three Bedrooms with Bathroom and En-suite on the first floor.

Unit 2 is also now complete. This is has three double Bedrooms with an En-suite to both the Master and second bedrooms. It has a large Kitchen/Diner, Lounge and Cloakroom on the ground floor.

Unit 3 is nearing completion.
