We are a small Architectural practice based in North Staffordshire, we currently work predominantly in the Education, Healthcare, Residential and Community Sectors, but also work on Landscape, Urban Design and Conservation Architecture projects. We regularly work in projects in the Offsite construction sector which is an incresing method of procurement.
If you are living in the North Midlands or South Cheshire within easy compute to Biddulph.

We have two vacancies for permanent members of staff due to an increasing workload and a number of recent projects which have been awarded /about to be awarded.
Architect or Architectural Technologist MCIAT.
Are you an Architect ARB [or RIBA registered] with or Architectural Technologist MCIAT with min 10 yrs post qualification experinece.
You should have an ability to use Revit, AutoCad, Sketchup, Word, Excel, Outlook
Software; training can be provided for the right candidate.
Good use of Photoshop and Enscape would be of benefit.
You should have project management experience and an ability to work with a small team which includes internal staff and external consultants.
Please provide us with a CV, demonstrating project experince a resume of your Interests and a min of 6 examples of your work, which demonstrate presentation and detailing ability, as well as good design.

Please provide us with a CV, demonstating your project experince, and a resume of your Interests .
Please also provide a min of 6 examples of your work demonstrating your detailing and presentation skills. You must present your own work, not drawings produced by others which you have been responsible for amending.
