Background
bpArchitecture were appointed by our client who wished to extend their kitchen above their existing garage, with a small extension to the garage provided a small utility space. They also wanted to refinish the surface of the garage roof to provide an external decked area with glass balustrading, hte terrace has far reaching views from Mow Cop across Biddulph.
The project was taken from scheme design to technical design (RIBA stages 1 to 4). The decked terrace and balustrading has been completed together with underpinning to exisitng walls for the kitchen extension.
