Extraspace won this contract as part of a Design and Build tender and appointed us to provide working drawings and Technical Co-ordination for a Building Regulation submission as well as a Client liaison role. Drawings included Fire Strategy, Acoustic Strategy, Design Layouts, Elevations and Sections.
